Financial Analysis: Monitor and review property expenses versus budgets.Actively participate in choosing Property Management firm and lease-up activities. Assist with marketing efforts and creation of interest list and property website. Analyze rental market and suggest appropriate market, affiliate, and below market rates (BMR). Includes touring perspective buildings or homes to identify deferred maintenance and/or capital needs. Assist with property acquisitions and dispositions.Complete complex finance functions and/or activities requiring knowledge and application of industry practices, internal policies, external regulations, precedents, and systems.
